Katarzyna Piorek was born in 1973. Attended masters of Fine Arts at the University of the Arts in Poznan, Poland, and Stockholm University of the Arts. As a visual artist, she works with classic media: painting, drawings, film installations, and moving images. Her interests are based on mixing classical media with different art forms and creating a new dimension of artistic expression. Katarzyna Piorek has lived and worked in Stockholm for 10 years.
