Studio 44 presents an evening with two experimental filmmakers:
Wheeler Winston Dixon and Gwendolyn Audrey Foster – 21 Dec 2018
Both filmmakers will be present for talks and Q & A.
Dixon presents “An American Dream” as well as other new avant garde video work at 19:00.
Foster premieres a collection of her new punk queer dada experimental films, “Fast & Furious” at 21:00 on 21 December.
Wheeler Winston Dixon’s films & videos have screened at the Museum of Modern Art, the Oberhausen Film Festival, the Whitney Museum, and many other film festivals, galleries and museums since the 1960s.
Gwendolyn Audrey Foster’s films & video installations have premiered at Anthology Film Archives (NYC), Outfest, Bi Artsfest (Toronto), Films de Femmes (Créteil), and around the globe.
